Hello,It's not uncommon for childhood injuries to leave indentations or cause asymmetry on the face that becomes more noticeable as you get older. It sounds like you have an underlying teathered scar that goes into the muscle. The procedure you will need will go underneath the skin to release it. I recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon to fix this.
