Would rosacea (inflammation) inhibit a beard transplant from "taking hold"?

I can only grow facial hair in areas on my face that isn't a little red from rosacea. So I'm wondering, if I have a beard transplant surgery, will the inflammation caused by the rosacea inhibit the facial hair from taking root or what have you
