Would rosacea (inflammation) inhibit a beard transplant from "taking hold"?

I can only grow facial hair in areas on my face that isn't a little red from rosacea. So I'm wondering, if I have a beard transplant surgery, will the inflammation caused by the rosacea inhibit the facial hair from taking root or what have you

If you are not sure if what you have is an infection, it would be best (important) to contact your doctor for a follow up exam.  There is no way to tell for sure what you have on the Internet with two sentences.

Redness may be a sign of infection.  If you don't have access to your doctor, go see another doctor in person.  You cannot receive treatment on the Internet.

The cost of hair transplant surgery differs from doctor to doctor / from clinic to clinic.  It is best you see different doctors.  It may be a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.  There may also be a minimum fee associate with surgery.

You can theoretically harvest donor hair from your pubic area for a facial hair transplant.  It is unclear why your hair is turning blond.

AttaL,I would recommend that you wait a few more years to be certain if it would fill in or not. While minoxidil 5% does have facial hair growth as a side effect, I doubt that it will be significant. A beard hair transplant procedure is another option at a later time.Sincerely, Bernardino A. ...
