Over the last 10 years I have suffered from sinus infections and allergic rhinitis. The skin on my nose is very thin and will bleed at times.

I’m fact, it may increase pore size for a time. If you have a deviated septum, this may be treated with a septoplasty either by itself or in conjunction with a rhinoplasty. Your air filters called turbinates may also be treated if they are very swollen. An appointment with a plastic surgeon or ENT surgeon should be made to see if these issues are present in your case.
