One of the most common goals of both functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgeries is to address external deviations of the nose. Such deformities can be related to bony and/or cartilaginous sidewalls  of the nose, or internally related to the midwall partition (septum). Depending on the cause, different maneuvers with obviously different prognosis for success are implemented. Thus usually an in-person examination with careful palpation and assessment of the nose internally and externally is required to give a detailed answer to such questions on deviations.

Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features. You can bring some photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed.  I hope this helps.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Rhinoplasty surgery can improve nasal symmetry and can be designed to improve nostril symmetry.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

The images you give are partially helpful but incomplete to fully advise you on what is right for you. Exam in the office is best but in general terms, crooked nasal lines can be helped with a rhinoplasty procedure, which may also include correction of a deviated septum in many cases. Nostril asymmetry may require refinement maneuvers with stitches and/or cartilage grafts to the nostril supporting tissues, and/or removal of extra nostril skin in some cases. Set up some consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons and/or ENT facial plastic surgeons for evaluation.

 A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish straightening the crooked nose, with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.  No external incisions are required.To accomplish this goal usually requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones and a cartilaginous spreader graft placed underneath the asymmetric and concave cartilage in the midportion of the nose. Tip-rhinoplasty is required to straighten the nasal tip. An alar-plasty can accomplish improving the asymmetry of the nostrils. Your large tip and nasal and nostril asymmetry can be improved with a rhinoplasty by an experienced specialist. This would give you a softer more feminine appearance to your nose. A rhinoplasty can straighten the nose.  The nostrils can me made more symmetric although they will never be perfectly symmetric.  Seek out a consultation with a board-certified rhinoplasty expert.  Best wishes.
