I had a septo/rhinoplasty 3 months ago. There is still a lot of swelling (left side is more swollen than the right one and is very firm) However, I am very concerned about the tip. The first picture is before the surgery, the second is 1 month post op and the last one is now. I am losing a hope my tip will actually become defined and get shape. (What's been done to my tip specifically: cartilaginous tip structures partially excised, +2 implants). Can I still hope for a smaller and defined nose?
