Hello, thanks for your question. While it’s difficult to tell from your photos, I can say that in order to get the best results for your lower face, you will definitely need more than 2 PDO threads along the jawline. This lifts and tightens the skin and provokes the body’s natural healing response causing the body to direct collagen to the treated area. You’ll get a natural, long-lasting result with PDO threads. I recommend you visit a board-certified practitioner for a consultation. He or she will let you know if this is the best solution for the aesthetic results you’re looking for.
It is impossible to see the extent of your neck condition. Regardless of the extent of problem, treads are not way to achieve stable long term result. In person consultation and better set of photos would help. Good luck.
Thanks for your photos but the poses are limited. It would be helpful to see your entire face and both sides at least. I agree that PDO threads should be done first. The amount of filler requirement may be reduced once the lift is achieved and you will already be anesthetized there in the office and ready for filler. Alternatively, the swelling from the PDO threads will be resolved in 2-3 weeks and the inje...
Thank you for sharing you question. The problem might be that the person treating you is inexperienced. There are finer threads for patient who don't have thick skin. See and experienced oculofacial surgeon for comprehensive evaluation and discussion of potential treatment options. Good luck!
