I got the droop due to facial paralysis (Bell's palsy) I already had blepharoplasty 13 months ago to correct the excess skin I had. But I still have lid puffiness and the droop in my left eye. I was looking into the threads to lift the eye corner. Any suggestions?

Thank you for sharing you question. The problem might be that the person treating you is inexperienced. There are finer threads for patient who don't have thick skin. See and experienced oculofacial surgeon for comprehensive evaluation and discussion of potential treatment options. Good luck!
PDO threads are collagen stimulators. They don't dissolve fat. Where did you read that opinion from ??
Fillers are also a great option for tear trough!! Hope this helps .
