I’m 58 yrs old, just went to get a PDO lift and the girl said I’m not a candidate because my skin is too thin and you may see the threads. She didn’t think the threads would hold at my jaw line and I might be able to see them. Keep in mind she is PDO certified NOT an MD.

PDO threads are collagen stimulators. They don't dissolve fat. Where did you read that opinion from ??
Fillers are also a great option for tear trough!! Hope this helps .
The PDO threads can e used to stimulate collagen . A strategically placed thread on the dorsum of the nose can give a better defined and sharp contour. Depending on the deformity though , this might or might not be a good option to what you are trying to achieve.
