When having a duo treatment of PDO threads and filler(s), which do you recommend doing first? Together or separate appts?

PDO threads are collagen stimulators. They don't dissolve fat. Where did you read that opinion from ?? Fillers are also a great option for tear trough!! Hope this helps .

The PDO threads can e used to stimulate collagen . A strategically placed thread on the dorsum of the nose can give a better defined and sharp contour. Depending on the deformity though , this might or might not be a good option to what you are trying to achieve.

Both are very temporary solutions. Although some report improvement after threads that last a year others only report an improvement lasting 3 months.  Jowls can sometimes be disguised by fillers by adding volume medial to the jowl.
