Lip lift scars can be white and visible. Hidef protocols can help with visible lip lift scars on the face. I see a lot of these in my office in Beverly Hills. Surgery is often not needed if lasers and HIDEF scar revision techniques are introduced. Based on your photos, I am not sure you need a lip lift.Are you sure your "keloid" scars are truly keloids or are they just bad scars(from poor technique)?You appear to have a facial volume issue that when addressed may enhance your lips and mouth area without external scars.Hope this helps
