I am looking for a non-surgical procedure for submental fat (double-chin) and am considering Kybella and CoolMini. In my research I have found that although rare, CoolMini can cause Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH). Both procedures are similar in price and would require at the minimum two treatments to see some moderate improvement. I am leaning towards Kybella, but want to know if Kybella could cause PAH at all? Thank you!

Yes it is extremely normal for itching and swelling after kybella to occur. The side effects of Kybella can last up to 3 months. If you are experiencing these symptoms after 3 months, please contact the practitioner who gave you the treatment.
