My doctor believes in it being very tight, and even makes his patients "take in" the garment with pleats on the back as the swelling goes down. It makes it very uncomfortable and I wonder if it is necessary? Per his instructions, I have to wear it for 2 months. Also, he insists on 3x weekly lymphatic massages which are very painful still (at 2 weeks post). Thank you.
