Alternative to Sculptra for sagging breasts? I’m afraid of the lumps I’ve read about.

Sagging deflated breasts which look like the are full ofstrech marks (even indents) especially when I bend over. Doctor said even breast implants wouldn’t take care of that. Is there an alternative to sculptra which she suggested. I’m afraid of the lumps I’ve read about. I’m also concerned about injecting a synthetic substance

For Sculptra, an experienced injector who knows how to properly hydrate the Sculptra and has good hands can keep you from having lumps after injections. Thank you for your question. By your description you would most likely benefit from a breast lift combined with implants. Use of Sculptra for breast augmentation would be an "off-label" use. To see a one cup increase in size would likely require 25-30 vials in each breast.
