Got a BBL a month ago to fill in hip dips. They are back, will Sculptra help with this issue?

Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results. Thank you for your question. Sculptra Aesthetic is a biostimulator of collagen that can help to correct volume deficits. When used in the buttocks this is an "off-label" use rather than that intended by FDA approval. Each vial of Sculptra will generate approximately 5 cc (1 teaspoon) of volume. Thus, it may take quite a few vials to achieve full correction. We usually perform this procedure over 2 to 3 sets of injections to achieve the desired effect.
