Liposuction can be successfully performed to correct excess fat deposits or drooping arms including the elbows. It is performed simply under local anesthesia in about 30 minutes.  A laser fiber may be inserted  (SmartLipo) to add increased tightness over the overlying skin.  You can go back to work the next day.  A  little bruising may occur but there is almost no scarring associated with this procedure.  Those elbows can be youthful again and and residual skin looseness can be improved by Venus or Thermage treatments.
