Hi jkwow, Thank you for your picture and question regarding a thigh lift. Based on your picture, I would definitely suggest a spiral medial thigh lift. During a spiral medial thigh lift, there are two parts. First, there is leg liposuction. Second, there is removal of excess thigh. skin and fat. Leg liposuction de-bulks excess fat from inner thigh. During the second portion of the spiral medial thigh lift, excess thigh skin and fat are surgically removed. The spiral thigh lift incision extends from the inner knee to the groin. Sometimes the incision goes into the groin and/or under the buttock. I believe you would I have significant improvement in the contour of your legs. The spiral medial thigh lift procedure is performed under general anesthesia. The spiral medial thigh lift procedure is an outpatient procedure. The spiral medial thigh lift takes approximately 4 hours to complete. I would plan on taking 2 to 3 weeks off work. After the spiral medial thigh lift surgery, you will need to wear your compression garments for at least six weeks. If you have questions regarding spiral medial thigh lift, please contact my office. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen.
