I can feel how they protrude a tiny bit from the rest of my cheek. I am 15 right now and these have become a big insecurity of mine. They are on both sides and are only visible in certain lighting. My face is quite chubby currently so if I lost weight would there be a chance these would go away?

Don't even think about inserting a needle into the operative site by yourself. Swelling is not available to aspiration and if you have a seroma which is very likely it should be handled by your surgeon.
