Are these perioral mounds? How can I get rid of them? (Photo)

I can feel how they protrude a tiny bit from the rest of my cheek. I am 15 right now and these have become a big insecurity of mine. They are on both sides and are only visible in certain lighting. My face is quite chubby currently so if I lost weight would there be a chance these would go away?

This is more common with energy based devices like vaser or laser and will get better with time.  ultrasound, massage, and radiofreqency treatments help improve this more quickly.  Best, Dr. emer.

Don't even think about inserting a needle into the operative site by yourself. Swelling is not available to aspiration and if you have a seroma which is very likely it should be handled by your surgeon.
