Of Facetite, Ultherapy, Ultracel and HIFU, which will have the most improvement and longest lasting results for jawline sagging?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Without at least photos, it is difficult to comment in any but the most general terms. However, what I can say is that many of the so-called "next big thing" devices, such as the ones you mention, are relatively expensive bells and whistles that are far more supported by device manufacturer backed marketing hype than hard science. So, be very wary in evaluating the claims for these devices and do your due diligence before agreeing to go forward with one or the other of them. By contrast, in experienced hands, the use of volumizing fillers to shape and contour the face (e.g. The Nonsurgical 3D Vectoring Facelift) can not only achieve significant improvement in the mid-face, but secondarily improve saggy, jowly jawlines. In select cases, direct improvement can also be achieved by their appropriate use along the jawline. Results may last up to 1.5 years for the direct treatment of the jawline and up to 2 years when the mid-face is treated. What's more, treatment usually results in immediate "Wow!" results. In my NY office, I typically choose Voluma XC for these purposes, while in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved volumizing fillers are available, I typically choose Stylage XXL for the mid-face and Neauvia's Intense Flux for the jawline.
