Hello,t takes 1-3 years for the swelling to fully go down after a rhinoplasty. The tip takes the longest time to heal and mold to the new framework because it is the thickest skin of the nose. The skin over the profile is thinner than the skin over the tip. Just be patient, and contact your doctor if it doesn't heal in a couple weeks. Hi there,One day after surgery is way too early to make any judgements about the shape of your nostrils. In fact, you are likely swollen and keep in mind the swelling may worsen over the next day or two. In rhinoplasty, the swelling takes several months to resolve, and longer at the tip. Be patient and make sure you followup with your surgeon. These are normal postoperative questions that I am sure he/she would want to address.
Thank you for the question! It's much too early to worry about your results considering that you had your surgery done this week. At this point you are most likely experiencing post-op swelling, which is preventing you from seeing final results. Swelling may take 6 to 12 months to completely resolve. In the meantime, you may see contour irregularities. Give it more time for your nose to "settle." An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon would be the best way to assess your needs and obtain expert medical advice. Best of luck!

The incision looks to be healing well and there is just slight opening on the right side. This is not uncommon and usually heals well without need for revision of the incision. I would recommend applying aquaphor, neosporin or bacitracin ointment two to three times day until you see that it ...
Thank you for your question. Rhinoplasty is capable of reducing the tip and base of your nose. Cost varies based on your local market, surgeon and procedure. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy. Best wishes,
