I recently had an alar base reduction and have healed very well. One of my reasons for having the procedure is that my nose is noticeably asymmetrical . Although it's narrower I can see that it's still the case . As you can see when I smile it's worse. My surgeon said my nasal bone at he middle vault ? is wider on the right side and I have a slight deviated septum. Would further surgery make both of my nose like the left side or is the difference caused by something else that can't be fixed ?
