My surgeon performed rhinoplasty and did a low low lateral osteotomy. I did not ask for this. I'm now wondering if I can reverse this somehow please? I hate my shape of my nose

Your concerns can definitely be addressed with revisionary surgery assuming it is done by a qualified surgeon. This is around mid range in terms of level of complexity.

Based on your photos, it is not clear if you would need revision rhinoplasty - it's too soon to tell. Your nostril asymmetry is minimal and may improve, and so may your bridge asymmetry. When you see your surgeon for your 6-month follow up, get a copy of your B&A photos and consider re-asking...
