Have had 6 revision rhinoplasties and still unhappy with nose: is it safe to have a 7th revision surgery? (photos)

After 6 surgeries I am still unhappy with my nose, my surgeon does not want to risk shortening the nose due to tip collapse, but I think the tip area is to big from the side angle and much too projected for my face, I also have asymmetry in my nose which he has failed to fix on each occasion including via a septoplasty. Is there anything I can do? Is it wise to have a seventh revision in hopes that someone will actually address my concerns?

Thank you for your question. It is very normal to still have a lot of swelling 6 months after rhinoplasty, especially in those patients with thicker skin. It really can take a full year (or even longer with thick skin) for that swelling to go down. It is also very common for one side to be more...
