My nose became ugly after rhinoplasty with wider front view. Doctor says it's because of swelling. What should I do? (photo)

I used to have a pointy nose from the front profile but a dropped nose with a hump from the side profile. I’ve chosen a well known doctor and he performed a closed rhinoplasty with alar reduction. After the cast removal I looked sooo ugly nd I cried a lot because I used to look way better before and the doctor says it’s because of swelling! What should I do? My nostrils are uneven “one is higher and bigger than the other one and it’s short for my face now”
