Need help got very very long face, big nose, thin lips and small eyes. Options? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty.  You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation
of your tip to turn up your tip slightly.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

There are a variety of procedure that may be helpful including rhinoplasty, vertical chin reduction and perhaps a neck lift. But it would require a better assessment of your face through additional pictures from different angles.
