Want a smaller petite nose - are my expectations realistic?

I am a woman in my 20’s. My problems are that I have a humped nose, a larger nose tip, larger angular nostrils, and my nose goes wider than the space between my eyes. It crosses the corners of my eyes. My ideal goals would be to get a smaller petite nose like Luma Grothe or Cindy Kimberly. I realize I have other problems with my side profile but due to my budget I think a rhinoplasty is the only thing I could afford. I am looking for consultations near me and I want to know how much I might pay.

Yes all the the concerns can be addressed with the various components of a rhinoplasty. 
Alarplasty will reduce nostrils
Tip-plasty will reduce the large tip
Osteotomies and hump reduction will reduce the side profile of the nose.
You would benefit from a chin implant as well.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, reducing the bulbous nasal tip and narrowing the bridge line with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would be helpful to understand what can and cannot Be accomplished with the procedure. Consider a small chin implant to augment  your chin forward for better facial balance in proportion from the side profile. Our current price list is located on the link below
