There is no doubt that result after rhinoplasty will change significantly in the first year after surgery; it may continue to change slightly in the course of years, as well. It is impossible to notice subtle changes that you are referring to, on these photos. However, in person consultation with your rhinoplasty surgeon or second opinion consultation may reveal more details and give you opportunity to discuss options for improvement. Good luck.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The nose is subject to change for up to 2-3 years after rhinoplasty. Depending on what was performed in your original surgery, this change could include gradual loss of tip support, causing the tip to droop. I would recommend discussing your concerns with your original rhinoplasty surgeon, who would best be able to assess the change in your nose.
