I got rhinoplasty a year and 4 months ago, and noticed there is very uneven cartilage on the tip, msking one side looked caved in and the other side too upturned. There is also what feels like cartilage sticking out of one nostrill

Answer: Rhinoplasty It’s hard to tell from the photos. However I’d be interested in knowing if you had cartilage graft on the tip. If so, removing the graft may be a simple way to correct it

Answer: 4 Months Is Early in The Healing Process I am sure that your Surgeon is telling you that it takes at least 1 year for the inflammation/ swelling associated with rhinoplasty to settle down. During that time frame, you may notice subtle changes, especially in your nasal tip. Your photos do not show a result that is in any way "botched". However, that isn't to say that it is a perfect result; rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure in facial plastic surgery. I would recommend that you discuss your concerns with your operating Surgeon
