Perfect symmetry is hard to achieve. I do not think this is a botched rhinoplasty but speak to your surgeon to discuss different options that can fix this difference.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision in order to provide better tip symmetry. Manuvers would include nasal tip deprojection and placement of a soft fascial graft to help improve your tip symmetry. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It’s hard to tell from the photos. However I’d be interested in knowing if you had cartilage graft on the tip. If so, removing the graft may be a simple way to correct it

I am sure that your Surgeon is telling you that it takes at least 1 year for the inflammation/ swelling associated with rhinoplasty to settle down. During that time frame, you may notice subtle changes, especially in your nasal tip. Your photos do not show a result that is in any way "botched". However, that isn't to say that it is a perfect result; rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure in facial plastic surgery. I would recommend that you discuss your concerns with your operating Surgeon
