I got rhinoplasty a year and 4 months ago, and noticed there is very uneven cartilage on the tip, msking one side looked caved in and the other side too upturned. There is also what feels like cartilage sticking out of one nostrill

During rhinoplasty surgery, if the root of somebody's nose needs to be raised, this may be done with either cartilage or gore-Tex. Raising the root of the nose can also be accomplished with injectable fillers. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Based on your photos, I believe that your nasal bridge appearance is a bit wide. I also believe that this will continue to improve over the next four to five months. If your nasal wideness is persistent one year after surgery, and if it appears to be in your bridge, repeat osteotomies maybe...
