Do I need a nose job for a more feminine look? (photo)

It is difficult to assess your nose base on limited views.  A slightly sloped nose with a supratip break is commonly desired in females.  Seeing a plastic surgeon is probably the best way to see if surgery is recommended.

Rhinoplasty is very personal choice, so make sure you're doing for yourself, and not anyone else. More photographs of the nose from different angles would be necessary, however based on the photos presented if you decide to perform rhinoplasty there are a few subtle things at can be performed. These include decrease in the overall projection of the nose, shaving down a slight hump, giving a more supra tip  break(  a slight depression between the bridge and the tip) and overall refinement and narrowing of the tip and bridge.

However, from your photos, it does appear that your nose could benefit from some conservative refinement. While there are many nice features to your nose, what you desire is a tip that is a little shorter, uplifted and more narrow. That is what you mean by a Grace Kelly nose. To see if this is a good look for you, have some computer imaging done to see if these changes look aesthetically beneficial to you.

You are a pretty girl with the current nose but that is not a good indicator as to whether it is worth it to have your nose changed. We see people who are very beautiful yet they are quite bothered by something small which affects their self esteem negatively , whereas we also people not very attractive yet they are not concerned with an obvious aesthetic problem ,and thus it would be wrong to operate on the latter and appropriate to operate on the former. If it has bothered you that much over time you are not wasting your money on a consult , even if you decide to do nothing. I would keep it fairly conservative but be specific about what you like. Be sure to go to a board certified and experienced surgeon in plastic surgery or facial plastic surgery.
