I have always disliked my profile. My nose looks okay sometimes, but since I was 12, I despised my profile and desired a little sloped nose. Is it too strong for my face? Would a supratip be a better look? I want a Grace Kelly nose. Or possibly, my nose is perfect and I am over critical. Please help and give my some professional input before I waste time and money at a consult! Thanks so much!!!!

You are correct. Rhinoplasty with sculpting the lower lateral cartilages, elevation of the tip with a septal graft, elevation of the caudal septum, and a alarplasty can create a triangular appearance to the alar rims. It may be more noticeable in noses that are originally wide in the alar base...
It is hard to believe than facial expressions will effect the cosmetics of your nose. Nasal trauma from boxing, contact sports, or a motor vehicle accident would be more likely to cause permanent changes in your nose.Consult a Board Certified Plastic SurgeonBest wishes
