Does stretching the nose make it bigger? (photo)

Can stretching the nose "manually", through gasping and grinning (natural actions) affect it's size on a long term basis? Or does affecting the size of the nostrils or nose demand a much stronger form of manipulation?

The short answer is yes, rhinoplasty and sinus surgery can be performed during the same anesthesia.  Be sure to consult with a surgeon who is well-trained in both areas before making a decision.  Best of luck!
