Cant decide between two doctors for revision rhinoplasty... HELP!

Hi, I will have revision this summer. There are two doctors where I live in Europe that im considering. Both are ENT/Facial surgeons. Here are some things you can see for help: 1st one: Op. Dr, good in advertisements so he has tons of happy patients. 2nd: Prof. Dr. he was also the prof of the first one. He told me 6 months is enough for revision. He said 3 in 100 of his patients get revision. He doesnt have as many patients as the first one. Idk what to do! How can i pick?

The short answer is yes, rhinoplasty and sinus surgery can be performed during the same anesthesia.  Be sure to consult with a surgeon who is well-trained in both areas before making a decision.  Best of luck!
