Nose injury never healed. How can this be treated? (Photo)

Good Afternoon! With nasal trauma of the bridge, sometimes scar tissue and inflammation can develop which is permanent. It's possible as well that the bone could have fractured. If the area seems firm like bone, then it may need to be rasped or filed down. If there's more significant damage, an open rhinoplasty might need to be performed to be precise. I would seek evaluation with a facial plastic surgeon to see what's best for you. Hope this helps!

From your before and after photos, I note a subtle dip in nasal projection at the bridge / supratip junction in profile view. The nasal bridge appears higher and wider with a small hump, and the tip appears fuller. The photos are taken quite close up, and, as a result, I can't establish the landmarks to determine the relationship of the nose to the face.
Many nasal fractures are not initially identified by x-ray examination. Following nasal trauma, the presence of deformity and / or pain and swelling would strongly suggest the presence of a nasal fracture.
Swelling after a nasal fracture may persist for up to 2 years and the nasal tip is notorious for taking the longest to heal. The nose may appear larger.
As some of the features demonstrated suggest residual swelling, I would delay any surgical intervention for a bit longer.
Pursue follow-up care with a board certified plastic surgeon or otolaryngologist.
