Pain and fibrosis 1 year after rhinoplasty. What can I do? (Photo)

Pain, alterings that looks as obvious lowness, used sunglasses for sometime between month 5/6, after edema was gone you can see it more clearly, it looks like fibrosis or something like that! Doctor said you don’t have to be worried it is a small part and nothing happens from it, but I feel pain and irritation when i touch that part, even the skin in that part stays wrinkled! massaged it sometimes but doctor said i don’t suggest it, it neither does alterings it neither helps! Did it one year ago

The more typical scenario is somebody who has pain on their nose after having nasal trauma that results in a dorsal hump. Sometimes, post traumatic dorsal humps may be tender to the touch or tender to eyeglasses. It's not clear from your photos why you are experiencing nasal pain. As far as I can see from your photos, I see a collapse in your nose and this can only be solved by revision rhinoplasty.For get rid of this image I recommend you revision rhinoplasty also if you can send your photos better lights from side and front profile 95 degree we can make a better evaluation.

And one year after rhinoplasty surgery your results are final and are not going to change by waiting any further.
This is the outcome of your procedure.
You no longer have surgical swelling or edema.
If your glasses are causing discomfort, then consider talking to your optometrist about How your glasses fit and maybe having them adjusted.
At this point, you should consider your outcome final.
Either except the outcome the way it is, or if you don’t like the results, talk to your surgeon about a revision.
It’s pretty common to have indentations from the pressure of wearing glasses especially if you wear them for long periods time.
