I really want to have bigger breast that look younger as far as my breast goes. How much scarring would I have? My butt is not all the way flat but I want it to look rounder like the pics I've been seeing for Brazilian butt lift. I'm 232lbs and I'm 5 ft 9in. I want this fat sucked out of my stomach and inner thighs and from my arms and injected into my breast and buttocks. To keep this look do I need to work out?
Answer: Fat transfer to breasts and buttocks We generally have a set fee for the fat transfer and a fee for the liposuction. We currently have a special for 2999 for the fat transfer to the breasts or buttocks. The liposuction portion is also 2999 for the abdomen and flanks. This is the minimum required for a reasonable different to the breasts or buttocks. 15 years ago the community was more resistant to performing these procedures partly because we were less familiar with fat graft techniques. It is a much more common procedure now and our knowledge in procuring, processing and transferring the fat has improved tremendously. Fat to the breasts are very different than implants. It provides a more natural or more subtle fullness. Some of the benefits of fat transfer to breasts include 1.No foreign body (no implant) 2.No significant incisions or dissection 3.No risks associated with breast implants – hardening (capsular contracture), infection, removal of implants, no injury to the pectoralis muscle. 4.Patients own tissue, natural softer feelLike any procedure there are risks. Inherently to fat transfer some of the risks may be infection and failure for the fat remain behind. Lumpiness and granulomas may form as well. Technique has improved to reduce lumpiness and improve amount of fat taking new residence. It is important to mention that its best to reduce your weight somewhat before undergoing liposuction and fat transfer. Generally a BMI under 30 is favorable. An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon is the best way to assess your needs and provide true medical advice. Best of luck. Dr. Michael Omidi

Answer: BBL I am not a big fan of fat injection to the breasts. I think implants are more reliable. As for a BBL, I do a lot of these and I think it is a great way to augment the buttocks and accentuate the waist line. Good luck. The fees vary from surgeon to surgeon.

Answer: Fat transfer to breast and butt Both of these are potentially great procedures.By far the biggest limitations to breast fat transfer is the amount of volume that can be achieved.Brazilians tend to over all do better. One advantage to breast fat transfer over implants is the ability to achieve a very natural look for patients who would otherwise need a breast lift with augmentation but don't want the scars of a breast lift. I suggest an in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to see if you're a candidate for either one or both of these procedures.Best,M.D.
