What procedure is better for the chin: Smart Lipo or traditional lipo? Which one has better results?

Smart Lipo laser and/or Vaser ultrasound liposuction easily remove stubborn chin/neck fat and tighten skin enhancing neck and jawline. This can be done under local and is a very quick procedure. Traditional liposuction removes fat but is not recommended since it does not tighten skin. If your chin is loose and saggy, no type of lipo will make it pretty. The best candidates have tight skin and tight fat. This is difficult to answer without pictures. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. Smartlipo has the same steps as liposuction but has the additional step of using a laser, before the liposuction which i believe allows more fat to be removed and greater skin tightening.david berman md
