What are the differences b/w the two? I want to tighten my belly and bring my belly button back to what it was before my BBL surgery. Which one is better b/w Radio Frequency or Red Light Therapy?

Great question!  I have a protocol where all my liposuction patients (including BBL patients) undergo radio frequency treatments to tighten the skin.  Radio frequency tightens skin, red light therapy speeds up recovery and breaks down bruises quicker - so they actually do different things.  You could do both, but if you're looking for tightening, then the radio frequency is the way to go.Best of luck and hope this information helps!
