Hi, I am having a bbl done next month by a cert plastic surgeon. I had pneumonia last month, should I worry about complications? I have no other health issues aside from that episode and asthma.

Thank you for your question! For my patients having a BBL procedure, I recommend taking 3 weeks off of cardio at the gym, and 6 weeks off of weight training and yoga exercises. I would advise having your surgery at least 6 weeks prior to your physical test. Best of luck!
