I am having a BBL next month. I had pneumonia last month. Should I worry about complications?

The safest thing to do would be to make sure both the doctor who treated you during your illness and your board certified plastic surgeon are aware of your illness and pending surgery. 

You do not mention whether the pneumonia was viral or bacterial and thus the treatment prescribed.  Your recovery time will depend upon how healthy you were before you were diagnosed with pneumonia.  Be sure to tell your PS about your health issue as he/she may want to order an chest x-ray or receive approval from the physician who treated you for the pneumonia.  

Hi and welcome to our forum!If 2 months have passed since your bout of pneumonia, you should be okay, but I would recommend clearance for the surgery from your primary care physician as a followup xray may be required. Keep your physicians informed about your status.Best wishes...
