Thanks for your question.Based on your pictures, I would say yes a heart-shaped buttocks can be achieved with a BBL.Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.Take care,Moises Salama M.D., Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
The Brazilian buttlift results are highly surgeon dependent. Some surgeons can do almost anything and change the shape of anything. You have to be creative. There are some anatomic limits, but, for the most part, dramatic transformations can be achieved. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE (certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, experience, education, training) credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.
I'd need to see how much fat you are working with by taking a look at your front view photos. The more fat the better but I do think your goals are realistic. Get an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with BBL surgery. Best Wishes!!

A bbl not only injects fat into your behind but helps to shape it as well. By suctioning the upper putter aspect of your behind this will help to narrow this portion. By injecting fat into the lower outer sides of the behind, this helps to increase the width of this portion of the buttocks. I’m very excited about a new high tech device used to perform BBLs. It’s called the Vibrastat (please see the Vibrastat video on our page). I hope you find this information useful. Please watch the enclosed video.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us!Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.Have a great day! Dr. JPG
Hi and welcome to our forum! If 2 months have passed since your bout of pneumonia, you should be okay, but I would recommend clearance for the surgery from your primary care physician as a followup xray may be required. Keep your physicians informed about your status.Best wishes...
A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If...
Thank you for your question! For my patients having a BBL procedure, I recommend taking 3 weeks off of cardio at the gym, and 6 weeks off of weight training and yoga exercises. I would advise having your surgery at least 6 weeks prior to your physical test. Best of luck!
