Can threads/cogs in the face leave scar tissue? (Photo)

I have 2 slight deformities in my face at corners of my mouth. I have had cogs 3 times and im.wondering could it be scar tissue. I have also had lip filler and nasolabial filler. However my injector does not think it is migrated filler

Im sorry to hear about your discomfort. They should have been removed 2 - 4 weeks after they were placed since they were still uncomfrtable. Few months later it will be very difficult to remove. I suggest RF treatment like Tempura over the area that hurts an dit will soften the thread. Can't...
Very likely that any foreign material like a tread should be removed once infection happened. This is the issue you should discuss with your surgeon. Good luck.
I think you look great. There is no super visible asymmetry present. On the photo included, I notice more fullness of the right jowl area. Maybe you have grinding teeth issue? This fullness can be treated with Botox/Kybella and Ultherapy. You also need a little more support to the chin/around...
