Neck thread lift today; more problematic surgical lift tomorrow?

RealSelf has been my go to resource for skin, surgery and cosmetic adventure; but lately so many surgeons and dermatologists have YouTube channels, Insta feeds & media marketing...it's a minefield for the prospective patient trying to chart a treatment timeline for themselves. I think im too young for a surgical neck/facelift, chronologically & in appearance; if I get a pdo thread necklift now; will it compromise a face/necklift surgery in 5 to 10 years from now? Honesty appreciate

It is possible that combining Sculptra with PDO threads too soon could overstimulate collagen production and increase the risk of nodules. Waiting 6–12 months is often recommended to avoid this issue, as Sculptra continues to stimulate collagen for months after injection.

The technique involves barbed threads that can leave some skin redundancy. In many cases this is technique dependent but would resolve as the threads dissolve.
