Question

I have always had some asymmetry to my face. Recently I got silohuette insta-lift threads (10 threads) in my cheeks, jaw, and neck. I also put a little filler in my nose and chin. What else would help me address my asymmetrical features?

Unfortunately thread lifts are very temporary and will give an incomplete correction.  Absolutely every person has facial asymmetry when analyzed carefully. Usually the asymmetry extends to the bone and is not correctible.   In your case removal fat from the jowl and larger side of the face combined with a deep plane approach to the superficial muscle fascia layer Woukd give improvement

I think you look great. There is no super visible asymmetry present. On the photo included, I notice more fullness of the right jowl area. Maybe you have grinding teeth issue? This fullness can be treated with Botox/Kybella and Ultherapy. You also need a little more support to the chin/around the mouth area and a little lip filler for balancing. Not enough was injected. It's an art form and it takes someone with a vision and a great skill to do these things.Your provider should be able to guide you
