I have had 3 treatments of Sculptra, injected 4-6 weeks apart, in my face (4 vials in total) and neck (5 vials in total). The last 1-2 vials of Sculptra were injected 6 weeks ago. Is it safe to have 12–16 long barbed PDO threads to treat the mid, lower face and neck areas after this time period? Have been advised that this could cause nodules as it may over stimulate the collagen and to wait 6-12 months. Is this a potential possibility as previous post answers have not indicated this as a risk.
