Thread lift PDO complication - what is the cause and treatment? (Photo)

hello dear doctor, About 3-4 months ago, I did a forehead lift with a thread. After 1-2 months, an infection appeared in the form of a papule at the thread connection. What is the cause and treatment? Should the thread be removed? And is it possible to remove the thread after 4 months?

It is possible that combining Sculptra with PDO threads too soon could overstimulate collagen production and increase the risk of nodules. Waiting 6–12 months is often recommended to avoid this issue, as Sculptra continues to stimulate collagen for months after injection.
