Will dissolving filler affect the longevity of future treatments?

This may be a really stupid question. I have had nose filler for about a few years now. I understand the more treatments, the longer it lasts each time. I am looking to get my filler dissolved and refilled just as a refresh as I have started to notice slight migration. Will this mean I’m back to square one again and will need more regular treatments, or will the filler still last as long as before?
