Tear trough edema: 4th round of Hyaluronidase to no avail. I’m close to despair, what can I do? (Photo)

Had a tear through filler in 2022 with high density hyaluronic acid that gave me permanent edema on the right side. This year I decided to dissolve it, but after 3 rounds of ultrasound guided hualuronidase (36 U total) and one more round with 40 U, nothing changed, the lump is still there when I frown or smile, except that my skin appears more wrinkled by Hyaluronidase. Why it doesn’t dissolve and what can I do? I’m losing hope.
