Updated: I got 1ml lip filler on September. Instantly, I could see more fulness in my lips, but also over the cornes of my lips and a big lump over my one lio corner. Now I can see that the lips themselves are starting to look like my original lips. Not entirely, but quite a bit. However thr fullness AROUND them and the lump remain. Why is that? Why doesn't the lump and the fulness go away? Is it scar tissue or is the filler too thick? Or is the filler replaced by scar tissue, or a capsule or something like that? Should I wait, or get hyaluronidase? Does topilase work? What do I do in each case in order to get rid of it? I don't trust my original doctor anymore

Sometimes the appearance of an indentation is due to a bowls from nearby filler. If that is the case, consider asking your doctor for dissolving enzyme to the raised and full area. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
