I got subcision with vollabela filler in March 2024 for my acne scarring. I initially had flat/minor scarring. However now I'm left with small lumps that make my scars look worse& raised. I got the bumps dissolved with 0.1ml hylenex 4 times (thinking it was filler) & saw little improvement. However there're STILL visible bumps left. The bumps don't feel hard to touch, but look raised. Could these small lumps be fixed with Kenalog injections or could it still be filler that needs to be dissolved?

Answer: Kenalog injections or light electrocutory may be considered.
Sometimes the appearance of an indentation is due to a bowls from nearby filler. If that is the case, consider asking your doctor for dissolving enzyme to the raised and full area. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Based on your posted photos, I might recommend nano and micro crafting under ultrasound guided injections in three sessions every 4 to 6 weeks fee per session $5000. Best virtual consult with.
It would be quite rare if not unheard of to have hyaluronidase enzyme which we use to dissolve hyaluronic acid travel from the nasolabial folds towards the cheeks or chin. Ofcourse make sure your treatment comes from a true skin expert such as a dermatologist to optimize results & safety.
