Hi, I’ve recently had an otoplasty but I don’t think it’s been a success. Is this considered to be pinned back, not sure I can tell much of a difference between my before and after photos. Should I consider a revision with the same surgeon? My ears look so much better in the morning when I take my headband off but seem to protrude within an hour or so.

I think addressing ears is an important part of facial rejuvenation. Based on the pictures it appears you can benefit from an ear lobe repair. Fat grafting would help restore volume as well as taking away excess skin. Hope that helps!

Everyone's face is asymmetrical to some degree.
Your entire left ear is located slightly higher on your head than the right side. This cannot be taken off and moved down. One thing that can be done is the upper pole can be reduced to make the top part of the ears align better...
