How complicated would it be to make my ears look younger and maybe even smaller -- they're huge! I've heard filler would help as would not wearing heavy earrings. It's not high priority so I'm reluctant to pay over $3000.

Your earlobe could be reduced along with closing the holes. Then it can be repierced later. It’s a pretty simple procedure and you should be able to get it done under your budget.

I think addressing ears is an important part of facial rejuvenation. Based on the pictures it appears you can benefit from an ear lobe repair. Fat grafting would help restore volume as well as taking away excess skin. Hope that helps!

To make your ears younger in appearance I would propose the following.Start with an earlobe reduction followed by a mild fractional CO2 laser to the lobe post-operatively. This will remove some of the lines, close the stretched piercing hole and improve skin tone and texture here while making the ear a few millimeters shorter in length.

Ear lobe revisions can be done to decrease the size of your earlobe. This is often done when we do facelifts to make the ear look younger.   Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon.
