Hi all, wondering if any could advise on whether surgery is possible here at the top of my ear. Just want to have it fixed for aesthetic purposes. Ignore the bandages, that's from earlobe repair. Thanks

Your ears need to be brought closer to the head in the middle and lower thirds. You can have a say in this result yourself if you are operated on with the minimally invasive Dr Merck stitch method.
Hello! It is possible to perform another minor tweak. There is a risk of making the results look unnatural and developing worse scarring, though. Based on your photos, your ears appear to have a normal projection (how far they stick out from the head). Too flat against the skull is not normal...
This is not known, since no long-term results have been published. There are long-term results on the Dr Merck stitch method, which is even more minimally invasive than incision-less otoplasty? Permanent sutures don't increase the chance of infection.
