Hello, hope you are well. It looks like you have a little excess helical rim folding over the posterior crus of the antihelical fold. This would be straightforward to fix. I would need to feel the structure of the cartilage to be certain, but you could likely perform a simple outpatient procedure to excise the excess tissue of the helical rim to create a nice unbroken curvature and reveal the part of your ear that's hidden underneath.

Hello ! Yes it is possible to have it corrected. It is a simple procedure performed under local anesthesia (like at the dentist). I remove the excess of skin +- cartilage to create a smooth contour. I also always mark and show the result to my patients before putting back the dressing so you can leave the office already happy! I hope this help you a little bit!
