33 yrs 5ft2 46kg and had natrelle implants 295cc put in 11 weeks ago under muscle I suffered with depression and anxiety so surgeon kindly removed for no charge no lift or capsule removed. I am now a week after removal and devastated I'm just a puddle of loose skin, an AA bra is too big for me now and no sign of improvement. I think I should of downsized instead of removing. Is there any hope for improvement or how long would I have to wait to have another surgery to put in a small implant

I doubt whether there are any non surgical methods that will help and a simple excision of the scar. Although there are no guarantees excision resuturing should give you an improved result.
Capsulorraphy is one of the most difficult maneouvres in revision surgery of the breast, do consider the skills of the surgeon and not the price.If necessary do travel to affordable countries where you can find skilled surgeons.
